Autostart session when RDM start
Hi,
We make heavy use of jumphost servers which functions as steppingstone servers. All sessions other than RDP needs to go though the jumphost server (Security requirement).
Our users find it disturbing having to wait till the RDP sessions to the jumphost server is completed, RDM is started, etc.
Is it possible to select which sessions has to autostart after a succesfull datasource login?
Or define a checkbox in the session properties which configures autostart for that session?
I don't know if such feature already exists or if its a feature request. Therefore i posted it in this forum.

View - Playlist management
At the bottom you will see a "Default at startup" dropdown, as well as a "Confirmation at startup".
Simply create a playlist containing the sessions you wish to auto-start and select that list.

I went straight away to check this. It indeed works as desired :)
However, I noticed two things:
1. I created both a local and a shared playlist. The shared was (as the name suggests) visible in the list of other users.
But the "Default at startup" dropdown list is only visible when in the Local tab. Not in the shared tab. So you can't centrally managed this for other users if desired.
2. When selected the autostart playlist in the "Default at startup" dropdown list, the disconnected sessions dialog box doesn't popup anymore. It's also a feature we use a lot.
Are there ways to work around those 2 things?

What do you mean by the disconnected session dialog? Could you post a print screen of this dialog?
For the Default at startup issue I will add this to our todo list.

I can't find out how to attach a screenshot as attachment, but i ment the dialogbox "Do you want to restore the last opened connections?"
It can be triggered by configuring the Default at startup dropdown box -> Last opened connections + confirmation at startup checked)
Most ideally would be an option to manage autostart centrally, but give users an option to change it when they find it disturbing.

Yes exactly 
. Our users make heavy use of that function. On the other hand, a lot of sessions (mostly SSH and web) are going through a steppingstone (jumphost) server.
It would be nice to have best of both worlds: Having the last opened connection dialog box and centrally configure which sessions should start automatically after a datasource connect.
