Windows (Win10 Anniversary Edition Summer 2016) has a new feature that has bash support.

Will there be a new plugin to support WLS, or has anyone tested RDM on the inside preview of Windows 10?

I'm wondering if it's possible to use WSL as a default shell for SSH connections in RDM.

@mateusz01,

I had a chat with the engineering department and this integration is not available since we have put a lot of efforts integrating our own protocol inside the SSH Shell session type and that they doesn't seems to provide a proper API or SDK that we can use to make a good integration.

That being said, have you tried our SSH Shell native session entry? Is there a missing feature that you would like to use in our SSH Shell entry?

Hi guys,

It seems like nobody shared the way to access the WSL environment from RDM.
I'll share my way:
