Lost all VPN settings after update to latest vesion

Lost all VPN settings after update to latest vesion

avatar

I updated today to the latest version. Now i have completely lost all VPN settings for all remote computers (cisco anyconnect). Is there an easy way to roll back or what do i have to do to get it fixed?

Or can it be, that the anyconnect plugin is incompatible with the latest version?

I think, the plugin will not be loaded. I can no more see the Plugin in the list of available VPN "drivers".

Im using the latest version of the AnyConnect plugin (VPN3.0.23.0).

Is there a way to roll back the installation until this issue is fixed? Im currently completely blocked, because of this issue.

Hi,
Could you make sure that you have the latest Cisco AnyConnect add-on installed?

I downloaded the latest version (i still had) and copied the "new" VPNAddOn.dll over the existing one. I currently have 3.0.23.0

In the VPN selection is no Cisco anyconnect... seems to be completely ignored. It may be incompatible somehow

The "Loadae Add-Ons" section in the info dialog is completely empty.

Hi,
Do you have anything in the add-on manager?

I just found the "Add-On Manager"... is that new? I dont remember that... After re-adding the plugin using the Add-On Manager the plugin worked as before.
Please check the updater. This was the 1st time an update broke something.
As i remember, in the past i had to simply copy the dll into the programm folder...

The add-on manager has been there for at least 3 years. Perhaps your add-on were not installed in the right folder. This could explain the problem.

But i didn change anything, except of the update. Since the update it was broken, so something is wrong with the update process.
