Meraki VPN Client L2TP Frustrations

I've spent a considerable amount of time looking up an easier way to manage all the Windows VPN WAN adapters that a single computer needs to create in order to connect to L2TP VPN's such as the ones required by a Meraki MX device. Obviously it would be great if RDM could manage the connections for us so multiple users can use the connection without having to create the adapter every time. Am I the only one with this VPN client management nightmare? I can't seem to find any useful solutions for single point management. Looking to the boards for some advice.
