Is the SQL Server configured to use integrated security or you are using a SQL Server user?

I used to use integrated security with RDM so I'm guessing SQL Server is configured for integrated security.

You cannot send the username/password over the wire to authenticate with such an account.

Please consult http://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/tipsandtricks_runas_rdm.htm

Hi, this seems to be only possible in the other OS versions, like on Mac or Android. There you can activate Integrated security and enter the username, domain and password. This works fine, even if these operating systems doesn't know anything about the domain.
Is there really no way to make this possible in the windows version too, except for the runas-"solution"?

no there really isnt, we have looked and looked.
