Add Expand/Collapse-All functionality to the Favorites tab

I have a large amount of servers stored in the Favorites view. I'd like the ability to quickly Expand-All / Collapse-All for the top-level folder, or any other folder.

This functionality is available on the All Entries tab, so it shouldn't be too difficult to incorporate in other views.
