Opened sessions displaying incorrect connections

Hi There,

We have about 15 users using RDM with a shared SQL database. It seems that every week I have to manually flag about 200+ sessions in the open global sessions.

Each client we have connects via VPN before RDP so i suspect there RDM in losing connection to the SQL server while the VPN is open and there isn't enough of a delay after the VPN is closed to flag the session as closed.

Is there an option for this or is this another issue entirely?
