I think I have over 300 sessions created, but sometimes remote desktop manager is running slow, so I fee like it gets better if I close it and reopen it. It has happen to me a couple of time that when I reopen it I don't get all the session. I only see about 10 sessions or less. It is different every time. Sometimes I reboot the computer and it fixes it and sometimes it doesn't.
Can I get help to fix this.
I am running RDM on a RDS server, going to a SQL database with four users. When this happens not all users are effected either.
thanks,
Mark Grell
Hello,
What version of RDM are you running?
The issue is likely with the cache, we have so many issues that we implemented a new engine that seems to work much better.
To see if the cache is the issue, you can press CTRL-F5 to force a full refresh of the data.
Best regards,
Maurice
thanks for the quick response,
yes that fixed it, thank-you
The latest beta's, and therefore v11.5 that will come out any day now, use the new engine. If you have the chance to upgrade, the cache issues should disappear.
