Paid for my updated license code, but code not received.

I sent this in to the support email for RDM, but the license key returned by them was my OLD key, and wouldn't work with the updated version. Is there some problem where they wouldn't have my latest key available to them? Apparently the original emails with my updated key were blocked by my ISP, but that should be corrected now.

I'm still waiting for my updated license key. Is there any trick to getting this after the original emails were blocked?
