Using Credentials on the fly without knowing them

Add functionality to use a password from the RDM database on the fly inside a server which i connect throw RDC in RDM?

For example, to configure something of one of our systems we need to double click in the program VMCVTUTL.EXE on a explorer window (image1)

Then we need to put the sa password of SQL Server and hit Begin (image2)

I don't want the user to know that sa password, i just want to let him use it.
