Hi,
I'm trying to add a user from another AD domain (it's two-way trusted), but I'm not able to do it.
Am I doing something wrong, or isn't possible?
Cheers,
Anders
Hi,
with RDM, I think, this is not supported.
As the user we use from our 2nd domain is a generic one (on some PCs), we set up a local/database user here.
Maybe it is supported with Devolutions Server?
Regards,
Georg
I hope there's a solution - otherwise I will create a feature request. :)

Hello,
Our engineering department as started to work on the multi domain user creation with Devolutions Server. The implementation is not completed yet.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide you any timeline when it will be available.
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
Yes and no.
You can assign the users in one domain to the Universal Group or Domain Local Group in another domain within the same forest.
You cannot assign users in one domain to the Global Group in another domain within the same forest.

The question was regarding "Remote Desktop Manager" and not "Devolutions server". :)

Hello Team,
I am premium customer for DVLS, I have upgraded my license from "Enterprise" to "Premium" just to avail the multi-domain feature. I have trie adding few users from inherited domain. When trying to login to the Data source with that user credentials I am unable to access the DVLS.
I need help getting users authenticated.
Need information (logs, events) that details about the attempt made to get authenticated and getting failed.
Hello,
As you can see below my signature, ALL dvls customers can get remote support sessions, simply contact us at support@devolutions.net to get the process started.
Best regards,
Maurice
