Using RDM as system documentation repository

Hi!

Is there any whitepaper or similar readup (youtube?) that dscribes how RDM can be used (if it can) as a repository for system documentation, providing perhaps change tracking, templates with standardized format on reports including passwords, system info etc.

I think I know that you can upload documents to the connection objekt, but will those document be searchable by Windows Search / Sharepoint for example over OpenSearch API?

This is perhaps a feature request if the above isnt possible today so please move it to that area in that case - otherwise if most of these questions can be answered with current products please feel free to enlighten me :-)
