Focus on new opened connection window
Hi
I´m using RDM 11.x and its predecessors some years now and I can´t say if there´s a change in behavior.
If I open a new connection from navigation bar, the new connection window will not become the active window but the formerly active connection stays as active.
I´m sometimes hacked in the false connection, because I´m writing "blind" without control on the monitor.
Is this a bug or a feature and if so, may I change this?

In File -> Options -> User Interface -> Tree View, could you try to enable those 2 options:

I am not able to reproduce your issue as per your description.
Could you post a small video of the issue. You can use our recorder located in Help -> Record.

Here´s my video.
On 0:16 I opened a new ssh session, the session is active (bold session name in tab "groupwise1")
Then I pressed some keys, expecting the letters would visible in the ssh session
at 0:23 I clicked in the ssh session to get a reaction.
after that I could enter some text
Expected behavior:
at 0:16 the newly opened session is "real" active and the keystrokes done immediately occuring in this session.
