RDP - embedded authentification

RDP - embedded authentification

avatar

Hi,

As I understood, "Embedded" in authentification methods means, that I can use my currently logged on credentials to open a RDP-connection to a client, right? And I can avoid password entering.
We have a Windows 7 machine here and this does not work - it always asks me for credentials.
How can I get this to work?

Regards,
Georg

Hi,
there is multiple reasons why it might not work. You can find the troubleshooting section here:

http://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/troubleshooting_automaticlogon.htm

Most of the time it's because the NLA ( Network Level Authentication).

Could you try this?
