Does it work if you use Putty without RDM?

Yes. I have profile (saved session) with translation set to UTF-8. But when I import profile (session) RDM use default setting of translation.

Could you post a print screen of the putty config in RDM?

It was my fault. I change setting from imported profile to user defined values. And there is not possible to chose translation. But with imported profile all work correctly. May be, it cloud be idea for new feature. Allow to define translation in user defined values :)

I added this to our backlog, the putty and plink command line parameters are definitely too limited for power users. We'll work on this as soon as we can.
