I am running RDM free version and I just update my RDM version to 8.0.12.0 , RPM will start with my system login and turnoff with my logoff. when use RDM and watch server 2008 R2 system for while I am updating server for more than 10 minutes and when I am logging off from taht server or rebooting, RDP session stays on with black screen and after that you can not open any other RDP session or restart RDM application, even I can't kill "remotedeswktopmanager" processes from task manager. can anyone helpm to resolve this issu?
I am, sorry if this has been resolved earlier, can you point me to that solution.

Thank you
RDM = Remote Desktop Manager

Do you have the same behavior if you open the connection in external mode?

Yes,

This is strange because RDM use mstsc.exe in external mode. So if you use mstsc when it's blocked, it does not work?

I suspect that the server is simply not responding. Is it possible?
