User session with an other account

hi, i installed RDM, created a database and add a new User with no Administration security.... Then i started windows with the other account and wanted to select the database. Error message see below in the file

Hi,
The error log file can't be created (UnauthorizeAccess) in the application directory (this error hide the real error). Maybe you can try to move the database or the application in another folder, maybe c:\RDM give access to you user.

I will fix the first error.
