Running newest versions of RDM and updated Mac to 10.11.4. Remote Desktop works fine, but when I try to open SSH sessions, RDM crashes.
Hello,
Could you send us the application logs?
They are described on http://helpmac.remotedesktopmanager.com/help_applicationlogs.htm
Best regards,
Maurice
Man you guys are fast, thanks for your support and a great product.
Logs are attached. I assume they don't contain any secure info?
RemoteDesktopManager.log.zip
Hello,
Indeed, the logs are clean of confidential info.
Sadly I cannot identify the issue by looking at the log, we will need to assign this to a Mac Developer. He should get back to you Monday.
Best regards,
Maurice
Hey there, just wondering of any update? I'm still having this problem. And now I can't open RDM because it asks if I want to resume the closed SSH connection! A restart may help, but just letting you know.
Thanks!
Hi, sorry for the delay. I think we might've missed the notification. Could you send me a newer application log? Are you currently running the version 3.5.1.0?
Xavier Fortin
Hello, no worries. I was just able to make it crash, so hopefully this new log will help you. Attached! Thanks!
RemoteDesktopManager.log[1].zip
Thank you,
We've found the issue and it should be fixed in the next release of RDM. We'll inform you when it is available.
Best regards,
Xavier Fortin
You rock, thanks!
