I start using MySQL DB as data source.
However I got the error message when I had tried to create new user.




I created new database and user on my MySQL server and granted all privileges to that user for newly created database.
Is this well known issue ? What should I done in order to solve it ?

I just create new MySQL server and it's work fine if DB user have full privileges on all databases
