logoff from multiple sessions

Could you try to change the logoff method in File -> Options -> Types -> RDP to RDM Agent or REmote Desktop Services API

with "Remote Desktop Services API" and "RDM Agent" i get the error "could not list remote sessions".

i am logged on as different user on those machines (which has the right to list the remote sessions) but it doesn't seem to use those credentials when logging off.

You can specify the alternate credentials in Tools

Additionally we'll add an option in File > Options to disable the logoff buttons if there are multiple entries selected. We'll work on reproducing the issue in the meantime, since it seems to only happen when there are a large amount of RDP sessions open at once and logging them all off (10+). I have a small idea of how to fix this but we'll need to have enough machines to reliably reproduce the issue.

please is on 3 years any solution for this bug?
If I chose in settings an other log off method as Macro, it does nothing.
For any working log off method on more connection I will be satisfied.

What version of RDM are you running?

Are you trying to logoff multiple sessions at the same time? Is it working on one?

i am using RDM Enterprise Edition, Version 13.5.4.0 64-bit.
Running on win 10, 64-bit, 32 GB RAM, Intel Core i7-7600U 2,9 GHz.

Log off method RDM Agent and Remote Desktop Services API tested. I am loged on 8 multiple sessions, but no one is loged out.
Log off with Macro is working for 4 sessions only. This method is too fast. In console is writed only: "shutdown /" and "shutdow".

Could you go in File -> Options -> Types -> RDP and check/uncheck the option Disable run dialog check on Logoff.

this option was checked.
If unchecked and log off method is "Macro", I become an error with "ashutdown /l" (like here).
Both other methods still do nothing.
If needed, connection over TeamViewer 12 on my side is possible.
