Re-factor appling template removes sub connection

If I select a group of session (in this case it was websites), but Not their subconnections.
and refactor them, by appling a template (which changes the icon, and default web browser)
when doing this the sub connections are lost.

We should prompt to ask if you want to include or not the sub connection because you could decide to keep the template sub connection

This issue extends to not just sub connections, but ALL entries within a group/folder, instead of just the selected items.
I just refactored two internet entries with my webpage template, and it applied that to all 20 of the entries within the group. (which means I now have to delete and re-import them)
I see what you mean. It's because the apply template use the tree view selection and not the one selected in the listview
