Duplicate entries don't cause errors

Creating duplication entries does not cause an issue.

If I create a group/folder with the same name as another group/folder within the parent folder. you don't get an error, you just get one folder by that name....

If you then delete that folder, it isn't deleted.

Never be able to tell which group/folder you are adding sessions to.
