I use VNC to connect to an old Windows XP machine on a regular basis. Since upgrading to version 10.0.10240.16384, the CTRL+ALT+DEL button at the top of the screen has changed to CTRL+OPTION+DEL and I can no longer use it to log in. A colleagues PC that has not yet been upgraded is still OK.
I have various versions of VNC installed and have tried selecting all. There may be an option to change the behaviour of the button somewhere but I have been unable to find it.
I would be most grateful if anyone has any ideas.
Thanks very much in advance.
Hello,
This is a known issue. Can you go in File > Options > Advanced, and in the list of options remove "Use direct X rendering in VNC"? When this option is checked, it uses the same control as our Apple Remote Desktop integration but we can't send a Ctrl-Alt-Del through that yet. This is on our todo list.

Excellent !. That worked perfectly, and I'd never have found that myself.
Thank you very much.
As an update on the subject, this issue should be fixed in the next version of RDM, so ctrl-alt-del will work with the DirectX option checked.
