How to set default user permissions?

Hi,

I have a slight issue, that all users in RDMS that are created automatically from AD have only the view shared logs permission.
This means I have to manually (and for every single user!) setup the correct permissions (in my case: Everything except Administrator).
As I'm not aware when a new users installs the software, this is quite annoying, because I just get the bug reports in, saying: I cannot reveal that password, or I cannot use offline mode etc.
Any way to tweak that?
