tab switching doesn't work

Could you verify if it works when you have the filter or the quick connect textbox focused. I want to verify if it could be related to where the focus is.

When the focus is in the quick connect box, it doesn't work. When it's in the search field at the bottom it works one time, the only exception is the dashboard. Jumping from a session , regardless of the type, I can switch to the dahsboard and then to the next session, ut not further.

Just to be sure that we talk about the same tab. Do you mean the RDM tabs?

yes, the tabs inheriting the sessions.

edit: I've found out, that the tab switching also works when the actual tab is the dashboard and the focus lies on the dashboard. Then I'm able to switch to the next tab and after that's it, no swithing to the other tabs.

The problem is related to the fact that the embedded connection steal the shortcut key. I don't have a solution unfortunately. That's why it works when you focus the filter box or the quick connect. Have you try to configure in File->Options -> User Interface | Shortcut a global handler to navigate to the next tab?
