Internet Explorer requesting Adobe Flash Player plug-in

I'm having an issue with opening the Solarwinds Log & Event Manager in an embedded Internet Explorer 11 window inside RDM. When the page loads it asks for the latest Flash Player plug-in. I click the link and it takes me to the Flash Player page which has a test flash player button. I click the test flash player button and the flash image works suggesting I already have the flash player plugin.

If I open the same url in Internet Explorer 11 the Solarwinds Log & Event Manager login comes up and the site appears to work fine. I'm on Windows 10.

Any ideas?

Hi,
You can try RDM 64 bit but honestly I'm not sure if it will help.

I tried 64 bit RDM but no luck I'm afraid.

We use the ActiveX in embedded mode. I suspect that some plugin are not loaded. Do you know if you could use embedded Chrome instead?
