I found some resources on this subject but nothing I tried worked. I am trying to connect to resources behind jump boxes (SSH and Windows boxes) for management. I am manly interested into SSH and ASDM management through jump boxes.
I requested RDM Jump trial, but received link pointed to RDM 11. I Installed RDM 11 then tried ssh remote. It logs in into SSH server (Tunnel Started) message, then it stops there. Where do I go from here?
Any input about possibility of SSH and ASDM management through jump boxes is appreciated.
Thanks
Hello,
RDM Jump is part of RDM. You can found documentation on RDM Jump here
http://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/gettingstartedwhatisrdmjump.htm
What do you want to do exactly? Do you want to open an SSH Tunnel and they launch an ASDM session?

Jeff Dagenais
Thanks for the reply. I need to ssh or run ASDM session to target devices through jump box. Not even sure how much of that is possible.
Hello,
How do you make this work outside RDM?
If you can provide us the proper steps outside RDM, we will help you with the configuration in RDM.

Sorry if I made this more confusing than it should be. So we manage bunch of firewalls via SSH and ASDM. Recently we converted management of these devices to jump boxes only. We have Linux jump box (for SSH) and Windows server (for SSH and ASDM).
Can RDM help in this case? Looking for ways run connection from my PC via these proxy's. I know is long shot, but wonder if this is even possible.
Can RDP JUmp host to be configured to run on alternative port?
Sorry, I am not sure what you are asking. We don't have RDP Jump host.
Let me try to ask this bit differently as I noticed other posts with the same ask. Does the RDM support same feature (Remote Command) as one found in Secure CRT?
Hello GBR,
RDM support several technologies to establish SSH connections. You can use the following session types in RDM:

Can't start new thread for some reason so replying on existing post.
How can I get serial number for RDM free? I don't want to sign for online backup.
Thanks
Hello GBR,
The serial number for the Free Edition are present in your Cloud account.
Connect on https://cloud.devolutions.net and on your left you will see a My Serials section. The serial for the free edition is there.

Would this automatically backup my database into the cloud? I really really don't want that to happen.
Hello,
no, the backup configuration of your SQLite or XML data source is done in RDM when you configure your data source , not on https://cloud.devolutions.net.

Jeff Dagenais
Thank you.
