Unable to access certain functions after upgrade to 11.1

Hello,

I've just upgraded our DVLS server to 3.1 and after that upgraded my RDMS Enterprise to 11.1.
After that I am unable to create new sessions and it does not recognize the fact that I am an administrator nor any of the security groups I belong to.

Logging in from an older client (10.5.4.0) works fine and I can access all the data and create new sessions.

The error message I get when I try to create a new session is as follows:

System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Padding is invalid and cannot be removed.

Any insights as to what the problem could be and how we can fix it? I'd imagine alot of our users will start to upgrade their clients soon as well so a speedy response would be much appreciated.

Johan

Hi,
I've just released a new beta build. Could you verify if you get the error?

Hello,

I'm unable to install it on Windows 10, it complains about the digital signature and refuses to install it.

Hello,

I've installed 11.3 and I can create new sessions, but it still does not recognize the fact that I am an administrator nor the other various security groups I belong to. I can see 2302 entries with 11.3 and 2366 with 10.5.4.

Johan

Please use File - My data source information, then click on the envelope button to have the report submitted to the support team.

Got it

We see that indeed your domain account is used, as well that you are getting multiple permissions on various groups.

We now would need to see the roles tab, sadly it is not included in the report. The bottom part is really important, Please send a screenshot at support@devolutions.net
