Proxy Timeout

Hello,

I haven't configured any proxy servers in RDM, Windows (Internet Explorer), Firefox, ....

When I'm connected to a customer, than it is possible that I can only access the Servers from the customer and don't have Internet Access except for the VPN tunnel. So If I try to connect via e.g. RDP to the customer, than RDM will stop responding for maybe 20? Seconds and a Popup Message will appear If I want to configure a proxy server. I will always decline this message and the connection will succeed.

Could you please verify if this is a bug or expected behavior? Can I disable this somehow?

Could you verify the logs in Help->View Application Logs?

What kind of VPN do you use?

It is a CheckPoint Connection, but I'm connecting by hand because of an security Token.

When I connect to an RDP Session I will receive the following log messages:
