Document added while offline is corrupt
Hi,
I love the offline Read/Write Mode and use it frequently to add new entries while offline. Sometimes I'd like to add a document, usually a simple .ini file as "Default". When I do this in online mode, everything is fine. If i do it while offline, everything SEEMS fine. The entry appears, the document is visible. Unfortunately, the document isn't there, if I try to download it, the save as Dialog opens, I click "Save" the Dialog box Closes, but the document isn't where it should be. I'm able to reproduce this effect, everytime a document is added while offline it's not accessible afterwards. If I try to do an advanced Export with all documents, it will show up as error.
If the document was added while online, it's accessible even while offline.

I will enter a bug for that. I'm not sure how easy this will be to fix with our current offline system.

it was a simple text file with .ini Suffix. Added as "Default".
Any updates on this Topic? Just tried to download a document that was screwed....
I will check tomorrow with Stefane to see if we made any progress on this.

There has been no progress on this yet. I've pushed it up the priority stack. I will at least protect the code from giving you an error if the document isn't available as a first step.

I've resolved many issues with documents. The highlights:
- export/open/save as when offline will not crash or cause issues, it simply ignores the command
- creating a new "Stored in database" type document is not supported when offline. We will look at enabling this in the future, it's not trivial.
- multi-select document bug fixes
This will be in the next build.
