When I launch the RDM 11.0.20 32bit version on W2003R2, it crashed on exit when clicking the X on the right top corner or through File -> Exit. The attached video shows:
- it didn't happen on the first open, maybe because I close right away
- it happens on the second open, maybe because I used the UI (opening Help -> About)
- when it happens it says (in german) "RDM detected a problem and needs to close"
- it will then hang forever until I click the X a second time
- Windows now closes RDM forcibly and offers to report to Microsoft about this
Note though that this didn't happen to my colleague who's also using W2003R2. It might be something special on my machine and I can work around that by using the 64bit version. Just wanted to let you know.
Why have I been using the 32bit version anyway? Because the installer always creates an icon for the 32bit version - in the quick launch toolbar and under the "recently used programs" list in W7 - and so I didn't even notice that I was using 32bit. OTOH, the 64bit version seems to be notably slower on startup ...
Best regards, Thomas.

Hi,
I made a fix for that in RDM 11.0.21, Could you give a try?
David Hervieux
I did try with the 11.0.21 version. Actually, I tested the "switch to Classic UI on W2003R2" problem (see my other post this morning) with 64bit and 32bit versions, starting and ending RDM multiple times. Unfortunately, RDM did always crash when exiting from the 32bit version.
Best regards, Thomas.
No "crash on exit" on W2003R2 experienced with 11.0.24 32bit version anymore. Thank you for the fix!
Best regards, Thomas.
