RDM 11.0.20.0 install hung on "Downloading prerequisite software"

I am running RDM 11.0.18.0 Enterprise and I haven't gotten a message that I can upgrade to 11.0.20.0 yet, but I downloaded it from the "beta" link. While I try to install it is just hanging at the "Downloading Prerequisite software" part. I see msiexec.exe running. I am using the following install file:
Setup.RemoteDesktopManager.11.0.20.0.exe
Any thoughts?

Hello,

Could you verify if all the prerequisite softwares are installed on your computer

I now under understand that beta releases won't show up for download until you change the setting under File-> Options to include beta releases. I see the release now so Im going to update it that way, as updating from the product has always worked before.

I was missing this file...... Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 x86 so I installed it and the install for 11.0.20.0 is progressing.... problem solved.. thanks.
