minor: Session-type custum icon reverts to default on next edit
The following happens only with custom icons from the "Session" category: I can select and set a custom icon from the "Session" category, e.g. the Putty-Icon on a Host connection. But when I open that Host connection again (even without editing anything) and click OK, the connection icon is reverted to its default.
This seems to be independent of the connection type being edited, but it does not happen with custom icons from the "Image" category. Verified on 11.0.18 and .20.
Best regards, Thomas.
Hello,
What type of data source are you using?
Is it possible for your to post some print screens please.
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
The data source is MS SQL Server. I've created a video:
Well, given the size of my desktop, it might be somewhat hard to see what I do. So here are the simple steps:
1) open a connection for editing
2) assign a new custom icon from the "Session" category
3) click OK - the custom icon is there, okay.
4) re-open the connection for editing again
5) click OK - the custom icon is gone.
Best regards, Thomas.

Hello,
This should be fixed in the next version of RDM beta.

Hubert Mireault
Your fix was probably included in 11.0.21. I've verified it in 11.0.24 now. Many thanks!
Best regards, Thomas.
