With tabbed header disabled, can't change sessions

With tabbed header disabled, I can't change between open sessions using the navigation pane since the upgrade to version 8.0.10 and 8.0.11.

The Navigation pane flashes when I click on an open session but it dosn't change to that session, I think it might be the focus session that isn't working with tabbed header off.
