I hope some of you has done this before.

What are the list of information i need to configure Citrix with RDM?

Moreover I have been struggling with many others but thought let me fix this one first

Hi,
I know we have been in touch but could you post here what message you receive? Is it a Citrix web client?

Hi David,

Thanks for coming back.

We have been dial in our clients machine through provided URL which require username and password. after entering this details, it will take us to one of their Citrix machine and from there we can RDP to all other different Server.

Therefore, I believe they are our Citrix web client. However, I am not entirely sure.

I am thinking, do i have to use Web Browser option only for having URL or I can use actually Citrix ICA/HDX option?

In this case, you need the Web Browser session and not the Citrix ICA/HDX

with the Web Browser, would I be able to save log in credential?

Yes you will be able to save it in the Login tab page. You need to select IE as the browser.

OK I got it. I think I have to have Enterprise version.

Moreover, I have set up our few clients' VPN from Control panel in my machine. How about if I will configure with RDM.

I selected VPN option and I choose MIcrosoft VPN as a VPN type. I enter login credential.

After creating this, I tried to connect but there was not any reaction.

Please correct me, if I am wrong here somewhere.

You can request a trial for the Enterprise here:

Do you see the VPN profile in the combo? The VPN must exists on your local machine to be able to use it in RDM.
