Change/Filter generated Export
Hello Forum,
we would like to export a part of our sessions to the customer. We are using version 11.0.9.0 which supports Export Selection. We tested this function especially html export and it is working well. But there is one issue using this function:
The passwords are readable in clear text when you open the html file in a simple editor. This would mean for us that we have to edit every file we create to change/delete the password. In advance the html export has a lot of benefits like; you can open it independent of any 3rd party programs and its better readable then other outputs.
Now the question: Is it possible to customize the export or better to create an individual one, maybe using PowerShell? If this is possible a little code would be very helpful.

Hello,
Do you export using right click > export > export special > export selection (.html)? If you do, it should be asking you for a password when exporting. The passwords in the export are encrypted using the specified password. I did this and then inspected the HTML document, and couldn't find my entry's password. I'm using the latest version of RDM though.
Would it be possible for you to export an entry to HTML where this issue happens and send it to me to hmireault@devolutions.net ? Be sure to change the host/credentials to other value, I'd just like to see the faulty HTML with the password appearing in clear text.

I received an e-mail from Michael saying that the issue was on their end, with the export working fine. All password fields are encrypted properly.
