Hello,
I am currently running RDM version 11.0.10.0. When I try and upgrade to the latest version (11.0.16.0) the installer searches for Setup.RemoteDesktopManager.11.0.10.0.msi file which I don't have and can't seem to download anywhere.
Can anyone provide me with a solution to get around this or a copy of that exact msi file?
Thanks
Peter

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the quick reply!
I downloaded a copy of the msi it was requesting but it says "The file Setup.RemoteDesktopManager.11.0.10.0.msi" is not a valid installation package for the product Remote Desktop Manager. Try to find the installation package 'Setup.RemoteDesktopManager.11.0.10.0.msi' in a folder from which you can install Remote Desktop manager.
Any ideas?
Regards,
Peter
Hello,
Could you try to run the Microsoft Fix It tool to repair problems related to installation or removal of programs on computer.

Hi,
same problem here with Windows 10 64 but the FixIT Tools is not supported für Windows 10! Thanks Microsoft, again.
Any idea how to fix it without?
Best regards,
Timo
You could try to download the zip file and overwrite the content of your installation.

The Microsoft tool does actually work on Windows 10, its just you can't download it from a windows 10 machine. Log onto a windows 7 or 8 and download it there.
