Problem with RDM Agent install on client machines
I am on my first day of testing out the software for purchase and cannot seem to figure out how you install the RDM agent onto client machines so that I can push commands to them.
Can someone give me the instructions on how to install the RDM agent on client machines and connect it to the main software? I cannot seem to find a "Step by Step" guide.

You have a few options:
If you already have RDM installed on the machine that you want the RDM Agent then follow this (Tools -> RDM Agent):

If you have Chocolatey you can use: https://chocolatey.org/packages/rdmagent
Or you download the .zip/.msi and install it manually: http://jump.remotedesktopmanager.com/Home/Download

So I was able to download the agent and install it on to a client computer then perform commands using the "Execute...." however I noticed that the option to perform these actions was only available thru RDP sessions and not thru other remote sessions such as screen connect. Is RDP the only session that allows this or is there another remote means that I can use to agent thru?
Correct, it is only supported via RDP.
