Change Current User Password option (File/Administration) not working

Users are not able to change their database password (on a remote SQL Server database used as repository) using the the option "Change Current User Password" option (Fie/Administration).
User rdm: 11.0.18.0

Hello,
Do you know if it's a Windows user or a SQL Server custom user like SA?

These are sql server authenticated accounts (non-admin)

Do you get anything in the Application Logs?

I reconnected with the user I created to test this and now I can change the password. Very strange.

The application logs do not show any errors related to this issues.

Maybe I should have logged off and on again before trying to change the password after initial connection?!?
