alt+backspace not working in SSH (Rebex)

Hi all,

I'm used to use combination alt+backspace to delete word in a Linux bash terminal session (via ssh). But this doesn't work in RDM and a ssh (Rebex) session.
Other shortcut keys work like alt+f and alt+b (forward/backward word). Also the alternative ESC+backspace works. But i'm so used in using alt+backspace...

Can someone help me with this ? thx in advance !

Hello,

Unfortunately, this isn't something that is supported by the third party we use for this entry type, only ESC+backspace is supported.

Could you try the SSH Shell type (not the rebex one) to see if that session type would work for you? That session type does support ALT+backspace for word deletion. There aren't as many settings as the Rebex type but there are a lot that are supported by both.
