Hey Devolutions Team
I was wondering how hard would be to add an additional text field in the comment on open window. We are a MSP and would like to be able to match up the comments with ticket numbers. The feature we would like implemented is the ability to add a text field between Name and Comment, title it "Ticket #", and have the text inputted by users come up as a separate column in the logs from the main comment column.
Please consider adding this to a future release of Remote Desktop Manager. Thank you.

Hi,
This is not hard in theory but it requires a database update which is more complicated. We try to avoid this in minor update. Do you see any other field we could add for that or just the Ticket #?

Nothing is coming to mind now. However if we made the extra field name customize-able and added the ability to toggle it on or off for connections, then maybe other users of RDM / DVLS might find alternative uses for it.
