Can't install new version, requires previous installer

So I want to upgrade the RDM to newest version but when I try and install a window pops up looking for the directory of the previous version. I don't have it because it was old. So I tried to uninstall and reinstall, same pop up comes up on the uninstall. So I can't uninstall or install the latest version. I tried the removal per http://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/index.html?installation_uninstall.htm but the windows - Network resource is unavailable find alternate path
