Additional users cannot connect to Online Database

Greetings,
I purchased a basic subscription to Online Database, and set up myself and 2 other users. I am able to connect to the database as my user no problem, from 2 different machines. The other users, however have not. When another user tries to connect to the database they get an error message "Too many users configured for the current Devolutions Online Databse subscription!" However, there are only 3 users, and this user is the 3rd.

So i tried deleting that user and recreating it, and now when I try to add the third user, I get an error message "You have reached the maximum number of users available for your subscription, you can upgrade here" However as you can see from the screenshot, there are only 2 users there.
Please advise.
