When i make a new entry in the keepass database it doesn't appear in the RDM.

Could you try to delete the plugin files RemoteDesktopManagerPlugin.dll and RemoteDesktopManager.Connector.dll located in your KeePass installation folder and reinstall the Keepass plugin again.
