So I'm trying to upgrade to the newest version but I keep getting the path issue to the previous version msi, I've tried the uninstall of the previous version and get the same issue. I've also tried the removal of Devolutions folder from %APPDATA% etc. still the same issue.

Are you on Windows 7, 8 or Windows 10?

If you are on a Windows 7 or 8, could you try to run the Microsoft Fix It tool to repair problems related to installation or removal of programs on computer - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/mats/program_install_and_uninstall
