Is it possible to run scheduled report on usage logs for a particular folder/organization?

Hello,

Just wondering if it is possible to run scheduled report on session logs for a particular folder/organization?

For example, I've got a Folder A with 10 RDP sessions in there, I would like to run a scheduled report with the logs of open session histories on the 10 RDP sessions.

Thanks.

Kind Regards,
John

Hello,
We have a feature request similar to that on our todo list. I can't give you a timeframe but it's something we would like to add.

Hello,

Not at this time. The alternative would be to create a "data report" entry with the proper SQL Query, you would have to export the results of the query to a file manually. You could create a TODO on that entry with a due date, it would appear in your notifications.

Let me know if you want to pursue that option.

Best regards,

Maurice

Hi Maurice,

Yes please, would you have the SQL queries handy and we can probably use SQL report builder to do the scheduled report?

Thanks.

Hello,

Starting the next version of RDM, we will introduce a way to execute and export reports through the command line. This means you could use this feature in a shortcut or a batch file and use the Windows task scheduler to execute it.

You will be able to start and export Data Report and Inventory report entries as well as the reports found in Administration > Reports except Password Usage and Security Group.

We are working on our help section to have this feature documented as soon as possible.
