I just purchased Remote Desktop Manager Ent. (Single license) during the black friday promotion but the serial key provided says invalid when I
attempt to register the product. One thing that might be wrong is during the payment I noticed I could log in and provide my details before I authorised the payment. I only noticed this after I clicked authorise payment and I did not want to upset the transaction so I just left it go. My account is the same email address provided during the payment but after I logged in it did not show up under my licenses, thankfully I could add it manually which it has recognised and accepted.I can see the expiry date which autopopulated.

I cannot register RDM using using the cloud option or manually entering the key.

Help?

Hello,
Could you send a copy of your serial email to support and mention this thread. Your serial number should work fine with or without the Cloud Account.

Just to be sure you get the invalid serial when you register it manually in Help->Register Version?

I just tested in here and the license was valid, I am communicating through email at this time,

Looks like I was trying to register the "free" edition with my paid license key. Downloading the correct version now.

All working! Yes, I was using the Free RDM application instead of the Enteprise RDM version, I had assumed the license would just unlock the free edition and turn it into the enterprise. Thank you to the Devolutions team for the quick replies.

i have the same problem, i purchase Remote Desktop Manager Entreprise Licence and when i add licence i have message with Trial expired and when i check information i see "Standard Edition" in licence information.

I download last version of Remote Desktop Manager version (Windows) from your site and i previously uninstall version 10 and i test to delete Devolution path in my profile but problem is identical.

Have you download RDM Enterprise? This is not the same installer than the Free Edition
