Connect to Specific Server in a Farm

Good Morning Everyone.

I have been migrating to Remote Desktop Manager for the past couple of weeks, after using rdcman.

I have been normally able to work through hangups, but I'm not sure how to go about this one.

I have just build a Remote Desktop Server Farm with 2 session hosts, a connection broker, and a Web Access server, all running Server 2012 R2.

I haven't figured out how to connect to a specific session host. I'm thinking I need to use the /admin switch, but not sure where to find that to use it.

Hello,

Are you looking for the Open console (Admin mode) option?


This is available in the properties of your RDP session.

Yes, perfect.

See, I knew it would be there, I just needed to find what I was looking for.
I was looking to set some sort of a /admin flag somewhere.
