TREE VIEW Invisible / Gone
I am having the issue that others have had with Tree View disappearing. It seems to "be there", in that when you choose "explode view" is acts like there are entries extending past the end of the window and puts up a Scroll Bar. When you compact the view, it removes it - just like it would because the list of folders is smaller than the window. (see screen shot)
I've tried all the suggestions from similar posts, nothing has worked.
I recently got the auto-notice to update to the 'next' version and declined, am still on 2.0.3.0
Much appreciated for any help that you can offer ...

Hello Douglas,
The Name column has disappeared from your Navigation Pane.
To add it again, you would need to do a right-click just below your XML data source and select Column Chooser.
Re-add the Name Column and your sessions should be there again.

THANK YOU! That did it.
HOW did that get Un-Set? I literally was using it one minute and lost it the next, without any conscious "clicking" on anything or trying to re-tool, reset settings, customize, etc. It was like, there one minute - gone the next. What could I have done so I can avoid that next time?

If by accident you left-click on the word "Name" and drag it on the data source drop down menu or outside RDM, the column will disappeared.

Holy cow, that must have been it! Thanks! I'll be more careful next time :)
Know this is old, but can you please add to RDM that It adds a "Choose Columns" link or "Right-click to choose columns" when users accidentally end up with a blank tree view, because they often by accident drag "Name" out of the tree-view and think that there are caching issues with the data source.

I have made a fix for this. RDM will detect if the name column is missing and add it back on the refresh.

Sounds great - it is a lot better than a permanent blank tree-view, because you would have to know to rigth-click the blank grey bar and know you have to re-add "Name" column.
