Documents there but won't open
We're starting to use the documents (editable spreadsheet and text editor) features. We have over 500 documents now in the system. Sometimes we go to open a document and nothing. If we try to save as to a local desktop it goes through the process but doesn't save anything. We have to restore from a backup.
This has happened a few times in the last week, any ideas?

Hello,
Could you check your application logs? You can access them by going in the help tab of the ribbon, then view application logs. If there is anything relevant, could you send it to hmireault (at) devolutions.net ?
Also, does it always happen with certain documents or document types? Did these document entries work before they suddenly start not opening?

Application logs don't show anything relating to these documents. Since the initial issue that appeared over a few days, we have not had any problems (touch wood) but we did also update to the latest beta. They were all Editable spreadsheet docs. For now we'll leave this unless it pops up again.
